Equalizer snare wire is designed to evenly infuse the buzz of the snare wire with the natural sound of the drum. Equalizer is made with off-set steel coils, featuring a gap in the middle, for increased shell tone. Working in conjunction with the snare drum’s natural acoustics and snare bed design, Equalizer snare wire offers a drier, crisper sound, less influenced by sympathetic vibrations.
