The Super 7 really is quite a special drum. The inner shell is handcrafted from sumptuous Purpleheart veneers with an outer finished in high-gloss lacquered Fiddleback Sycamore. The 13" x 7" size offers drummers a higher pitch without sacrificing the “body” of the drum’s tone.

The inner shell is handcrafted from sumptuous Purpleheart veneers, with an outer shell finished in high-gloss lacquered Fiddleback Sycamore. The 13" x 7" size offers drummers a higher pitch without sacrificing the “body” of the drum’s tone. The inclusion of no less than four vents adds sensitivity and increases the volume—this is a loud drum!
Hand-built in the UK, the Super 7 is a 13" x 7", 10-ply shell with 45º bearing edges, constructed using a unique cold-press moulding process to create a shell with exceptional structural and tonal integrity. The Super 7 is a stunning snare drum that features a bespoke-designed name badge accented with Purpleheart veneer, complementing the matching veneer featured in the B badge.
The Super 7 is extremely versatile, offering a wide range of playable tones, from bright, cutting backbeats to warm and subtle delicate grace notes. Perfect for the studio but equally at home on stage, the Super 7 is a very special snare drum that looks as good as it sounds—both on the inside and the outside.
All British Drum Co. lugs feature ThreadGrip technology. The plastic retainer inside the lug, which normally holds the ferrule nut in place, has been deliberately undersized, allowing the tension rod to bite into the plastic and provide a tighter grip in the lug. The result is a drum that holds the drum skin under tension far more reliably for longer periods, ensuring your drums sound amazing all the time.
All British Drum Co. drums feature bespoke laser-engraved cherry veneer washers and interior plates.
